Fee Schedule Overview
Fees at Brainiac Modern School are collected on a monthly and quarterly basis (3 months cycle) unless otherwise specified. All payments are to be completed by the due dates stipulated in the fee calendar.

Fee Payment Guidelines
1. Fee Payment Terms
Tuition and related fees are due by the 10th of each month/quarter.
Fees not received by the due date will incur a late payment charge (e.g., ₹50 per day).
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
2. Sibling Benefits
To support multi-child families, a sibling concession on tuition fees may be available when more than one child is enrolled simultaneously, subject to school policy.
3. Optional Services
Transport Services (if available) are charged separately and billed for the full academic year, payable in monthly or quarterly instalments. Transport charges are not refundable once the session begins.
Special programs or extracurricular excursions may involve additional charges with prior notification.
Late Fee & Non-Compliance Policy
A structured late fee will be levied for delayed payments, as per the school’s policy.
Continued non-payment may result in:
Restriction from classes, assessments, or activities
Withholding of academic records or certificates
Potential removal from the school roll, requiring clearance of all dues for re-admission

Acceptance of Fees
Payment of fees signifies acceptance of all fee policies, terms, and conditions as outlined. The school reserves the right to amend the fee structure and policies from time to time in accordance with operational requirements and statutory directives.
